Nubble Light, York Maine-_MG_9340
One of the most photographed lighthouses in New England, the Nubble lighthouse in York Maine is accessible and close. A few yards from the mainland, it's keeper goes to and from work in a rudimentary self propeled basket across the narrow channel that divides it from the mainland.
